Պանիր-Լուսինը

Դեղին, ծակոտկեն կիսալուսինը
Նման է երկնի հսկա սեղանին
Խնամքով դրված մի կտոր պանրի,
Որն ախորժելի՜, գրավի՜չ տեսքով,
Տեղավորվել է շերտում ամպերի,
Ինչպես լինում է հացով պատառում,
Երբ պանիրն այնքա՜ն անուշ է բուրում՝
Շոյելով քիմքդ հաճելիորեն
Ու աղի համով առանձնանալով համերից բոլո՜ր,
Նույնը և Պանիր-Լուսինը կլոր,
Որն աստղերով լի երկնակամարում
Գիշերվա համն է՝ անո՜ւշ ու աղի,
Թավշյա սփռոցով ծածկված սեղանին:

For my Foreign Readers – Dear all, I have the honor to introduce to you my new poem written in Armenian and titled “The Cheese-Moon” (written by me on 27.08.2017, at night, under the Moon light). As always I tried to translate the poem for all my foreign readers. The following is a literal (word for word) translation of the poem, trying to make the meaning of the poem more understandable and available for all.

The Cheese-Moon

The yellow, spongy half-moon
Is like a piece of cheese
Carefully putted on the huge table of the sky
That is situated among clouds
With its attractive, tasty look,
It is similar to a sandwich with bread and cheese,
In which the cheese is so much tasty
With its smell and salty taste,
Which is quite different from all other tastes.
The same is the round cheese-moon,
That is the yummy and salty taste
In the Starry sky,
On the table covered with velvet tablecloth.
