Ներկի՛ր շունչդ լազուրո՛վ,
Թո՛ղ՝ այն հասնի երկնքի՛ն,
Ձուլվի՛ անա՜փ կապույտին,
Ինչպես կաթի՛լը՝ ծովո՜ւմ:
Ներկի՛ր շունչդ կանաչո՛վ,
Որ խաղա՜ղը քո ներքին,
Ներդաշնակվի անտառի՛ն
Ու ծիլե՛ր տա Մա՜յր հողում:
Շունչդ ներկի՛ր դեղինո՛վ,
Որ կանացի՜ ձեռքերին
Մատանինե՜ր՝ երիցո՛ւկ,
Պատեն մատնե՜րը սիրուն:
Ներկի՛ր շունչդ կարմիրո՛վ,
Թո՛ղ՝ այն հոսի՜ բոցավա՛ռ,
Խո՛սքդ գրկի՜ լսողին
Կրքո՛վ քո տա՜ք ու անհո՜ւն:
Եվ ներկի՛ր այն ճերմակո՛վ,

Dear all, Spring has come and life was reborn. Everithing is new and colorful. The trees are blossomed and it seems that our souls are in blossom, too. Each poet when writing a new work, is looking for a new inspiration. Spring gives that inspiration so much, that sometimes it seems that it creates a new literary work itself. While writing a new poem, poet is like playing with Spring colors: blue, green, red, yellow, white… And when he finishes his new work there appears a new painting. Let’s color our souls with colors of Spring, let’s open our hearts for the Spring to come. My new Armenian poem, entitled “Color your breath” is about the unique playing of the poet with Spring colors, trying to finish a new painting of his soul, a new literary painting of life.

Քո աչքերում Վանա ծովն է
Քո աչքերում անհո՜ւն ծով է,
Վանա ծո՜վն է կապույտի,
Քո աչքերում Վանա ծովն
այնքա՜ն զով է,
Այնպե՜ս ջինջ են ալիքները,
արևի տակ՝ խատուտիկ:
Քո աչքերում արշալույսի
Վանա արև՜ է շողում,
Պսպղում են հազարագո՜ւյն
նրա քարերը անտիկ,
Քո աչքերում զորությո՜ւն է.
Անձրևացո՛ղն է դողում,
Հին օրերից հավերժ ձգվող
երանին է կարոտի:
Քո աչքերում անհո՜ւն ծովն է,
Վանա ծո՜վն է կապույտի,
Այնպես թեթև՜, այնպես զուլա՜լ,
այնպես մաքո՜ւր, բաղձալի՜,
Որ իր դյութիչ կախարդանքով
և բույրերով՝ թարմ խոտի,
Հոգեպարար հեքիաթ դարձավ՝
որպես վերհուշ անցյալի:
Քո աչքերում ջրով ցողված ժայռաքա՛ր,
Երկնից պոկված առավոտի
անզո՛ւսպ ու մե՜ծ խրախճանք,
Հին օրերից մինչև հիմա ձգվող
ցավո՜տ պատմալար
Եվ ամոքող հույսի փարոս՝
որպես ազա՜տ մի ճախրանք:
Քո աչքերո՜ւմ, քո աչքերո՜ւմ,
քո աչքերո՜ւմ տեսա ես
Վանա ծովի ալիքների
մեղմի՜կ ճո՜ճն առավոտի,
Արթնացո՜ւմը՝ խոնավ ափի՝

For my Foreign Readers – Dear all, I have the honor to introduce to you my new post with a new poem in Armenian, entitled “The Sea Van is in Your eyes” (written by me on 19.08.2001 and 28.08.2017). In this poem I compare the Female beauty with one of the most beautiful big lakes in the Historical Armenia: The Lake Van, which is also known as The Sea Van. In the poem I describe the charming and magical beauty of this lake, its sky like blue water and landscapes around Van. I compare the eyes of my beloved woman with the deep and charming blue colour of this sea. As Van is situated in the Armenian Highlands and is one of the Armenian historical natural and cultural treasures, I decided to introduce to You a beautiful and interesting documentary film called “My Armenia” (in English). Գարնան անձրևի կաթիլներով թաց / With wet drops of spring rain
Գարնան անձրևի կաթիլներով թաց
Գարնան անձրևի կաթիլներով թաց,
Հոգիս երգում է նվագով իր ջուր,
Սեղմում է անձրևը ստեղներս թրջված,
Դարձել եմ հիմա հնչեղ դաշնամուր:
Գարնան զվարթը տաղեր է շարով,
Գարնան թեթևը պարերգ է նրբին,
Ջուրը սահում է իմ ստեղնաշարով
Եվ նվագում է գարնան մեղեդին:
Փարվում եմ հիմա խոնավ երկնքին,
Գարնան նվիրյալ հոգով գրողի,
Ի՜նչ լավ է հնչում գարունը կրկին,
Հազա՜ր երանի նրան լսողին:

Գարունը Երևանում միշտ հիասքանչ է: Այս գրառումը ծնվել է գարնան շնչով ու ոգևորությամբ: Գարուն, որը մեր շուրջն է ու մեր սրտերում: Որքան շատ եմ սիրում կապույտ ու ջինջ երկինքը` գարնան ծաղկած ծառերի ճյուղերի արանքից կամ գարնանային անձրևը, որը ասես մեղեդի նվագի… Սիրելի ընթերցողներ, հաճույքով ներկայացնում եմ իմ նոր բանաստեղծությունը, որը նվիրված է գարնանը: Բանաստեղծությունը կարդալիս վայելեք նաև Յիրումայի «Գարնանային անձրև» երաժշտական ստեղծագործությունը:
In Yerevan spring is always awesome. This post was born with Spring breath and inspiration. Spring, that is around us and in our hearts. How much I love the blue-blue sky through the branches of flowering trees or the spring rain that seems to play a melody… Dear readers, it is my pleasure to introduce to you my new poem in Armenian, titled “With wet drops of spring rain” and dedicated to spring. I have written it on March 10th, 2016. While reading the poem enjoy also Yiruma’s “Spring Rain” music piece.
As always I tried to translate the poem for all my foreign readers. The following is a literal (word for word) translation of the poem, trying to make the meaning of the poem more understandable and available for all.
With wet drops of spring rain (A word for word translation. Translated by the author)
With wet drops of spring rain,
I soul is singing with its water music play,
The rain is pushing on my soul wet keys,
I have become a sonorous, loud piano.
The fun of the spring is a row of cantos,
The light of the spring is a soft, tender dancing music of love,
The water is flowing and sliding on my soul piano keys
Playing the spring melody,
I hug a wet sky now
With my writer’s dedicated soul
So much beautiful the spring sounds,
Blessed is he who listent to spring.

Ազատություն / Freedom
Ազատությունը ամենակարևոր բաներից մեկն է բոլոր արարածների համար, ինչպես մարդկանց, այնպես էլ կենդանիների: Մենք` մարդիկ մշտապես փորձում ենք ապրել ազատ և ապահովել մեր ազատությունը: Երբեք չենք մոռանում մեր իրավունքների մասին: Սակայն, դժբախտաբար, հաճախ մոռանում ենք կենդանիների իրավունքների, ինչպես նաև նրանց` ազատության ու խաղաղության մեջ ապրելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Մենք նվազեցնում ենք կենդանիների կենսատարածքները և սահմանափակում նրանց ազատությունը: Ժամանակն է կանգ առնելու և հասկանալու, որ նրանք ունեն այս մոլորակի վրա ապրելու հավասար իրավունք, ապրելու իրենց հայրենի տարերքում` վայրի բնության գրկում:
Սիրելի ընթերցողներ, ես ընտրել եմ վայրի բնության գրկում կենդանիների որոշ հրաշալի նկարներ, հատկապես` թռչունների, ծովային կաթնասունների, ձկների, ծովախեցգետինների, ձիերի, խոշոր կատուների և այլն: Զգացեք նրանց ազատությունը, նրանց կենսախնդությունը, զգացեք ծովի մեղմ զեփյուռը, տեսեք անսահման օվկիանոսը և ընդարձակ սավաննան, հպվեք կապույտ երկնքին, զգացեք Ձեզ այս հրաշագեղ արարածների կողքին, զգացեք իրական ազատության շունչը:
Ես ավարտել եմ գունեղ լուսանկարների այս ներշնչող շարքը ծովում կնոջ լուսանկարով` խորհրդանշելու համար, որ մենք Բնության մի մասն ենք և որ մենք կարող ենք ապրել խաղաղության ու ազատության մեջ միայն եթե պահպանենք բնությունը: Հուսով եմ` կհավանեք այս գրառումը և այն կփոխանցի Ձեզ ազատության շունչը:

Freedom is one of the important things for all the creatures, both for Human and Animals. We – Humans, always try to live in free and provide our Freedom. We never forget about our Rights. But unfortunately We often forget about the Animals’ rights as well as about their need to live in Freedom and Peace. We reduce Animals’ Bio territories and limit their Freedom. It is time to stop and realize that They have equal Right to live on this Planet, to live in their Native element: in Wild Nature.
Dear Readers, I have selected some gorgeous photos of Animals in the wild, especially photos of Birds, Marine Mammals, Fishes and Crabs, Horses, Big Cats, etc.: Feel their Freedom, they joy of Life, feel the mild breeze of the Sea, see the boundless Ocean and the large Savanna, touch the blue Sky, feel Yourself near these amazing Creatures, feel the Breath of real Freedom.
I ended this inspiring series of colourful photos with the photo of Woman in the Sea to symbolize that We are part of Nature, that We can live in Peace and Freedom only when We protect the Nature. I hope You’ll like this Post and It will give You the Breath of Freedom.

Հերի՛ք է / Enough! / Хватит!
Մենք ներխուժում ենք նրանց տարածք, մտնում ենք տուն, որտեղ մեզ չեն սպասում, խլում ենք նրանցից ամեն ինչ` խաղաղությունը, արեալը, գոյատևման շանսը, մենք սպանում ենք նրանց զվարճանքի կամ ազարտի համար, անխղճորեն ոչնչացնում ենք նրանց, և այս ամենից հետո զարմանում ենք, թե ինչու են վայրի կենդանիները վախենում մեզանից ու չեն վստահում մեզ: Նրանք բոլորն ունեն ապրելու իրավունք: Եկեք պահպանենք նրանց, սիրենք ու հարգենք: Նրանք ապրել են Երկրի վրա մեզանից շատ առաջ ու հնարավոր է ապրեն մեզանից հետո:

We invade their territory, we enter the house where we are not welcomed, we take away from them all: the peace, the area, the chance of survival, we kill them for fun or for excitement, we ruthlessly destroy them, and after all this, we wonder why are the wild animals afraid of us and why don’t they trust us? They all have right to life. Let’s protect them, love and respect. They lived on the Earth long before us and maybe will be after us.

Мы вторгаемся на их территорию, заходим в дом где мы не жданные гости, мы отбираем у них все: покой, ареал, шанс на выживание, мы убиваем их для забавы или для азарта, мы безжалостно истребляем их и после всего этого мы удивляемся почему дикие животные боятся нас и не доверяют нам. Они все имеют право на жизнь. Давайте охранять их, любить и уважать. Они жили на Земле за долго до нас и может быть будут жить после нас.

P.S. Dear friends, I wrote and posted this humorous text (in Armenian) on April 27, 2011. It became one of the favourite posts of my blog. This post is for all those who love and appreciate good, healthy humor 🙂 I am glad that many people enjoyed this text. I wrote it on the basis of TV shop programmes. 5. Every day I wake up early in the morning, at 7:30 a.m., go to work, return to home late in the evening and go to sleep late at night, nearly at 2:00 a.m. I can’t do this any more!!! 😀 😀
6. I love sunrise. I go mad for sunrise and love this time of the day very very much! The fresh air, the voices of little birds, especially the sparrows’, the beauty of the early morning’s sky colours, that’s amazing!
7. I love the sincere friendship between me and other bloggers, it is a kind of a intercultural contact.
Here are my nominees. I would like to nominate more blogs, but according to the rules I had to nominate only 15. But at last I decided to do an extraordinary thing 🙂 As I received at once two awards (see below) I decided to unite the quantity of two awards’ nominees. And I made a list of 30 blogs!
