Հանուն ազգային, սուրբ նպատակի

Փորձեք գալ առաջ, փորձեք վտանգել սահմանները մեր Սո՜ւրբ Հայրենիքի,
Փորձեք ձեր վախկոտ զենքով կրակել, եթե իհարկե այն կկրակի,
Մի քանի քայլ էլ արեք անվստահ, մի քանի գնդակ փչացրեք ավել,
Քանի չեք հասել դիրքը մեր հստակ ու հայ զինվորին դուք չեք հանդիպել:

Քանի չեք տեսել հայի աչքերում հայրենանվեր կրա՛կը անմար,
Քանի չեք ստացել հերթական ապտա՛կ ձեր ողորմելի չարության համար,
Դե էլի մի քիչ սողոսկեք առաջ՝ Հայոց երկինքը փորձելով մրել,
Դե էլի հանեք մի քանի բառա՜չ, որոնք կարող են վերջինը լինել:

Քանզի Հայկական զինված ուժերի քաջորդիները ոտքի՛ են ելել,
Որ ամեն ճիվաղ այլևս երբե՛ք չփորձի հանկարծ մեր կողմը նայել,
Ահեղ առյուծի մռնչյո՜ւնի պես թնդո՛ւմ է Հայոց փա՛ռքը բանակի
Ու միավորում հաղթակա՛ն ոգին՝ հանուն ազգային սուրբ նպատակի:

For my foreign readers – Dear all, I have the honor to introduce to you my new poem written in Armenian and titled “For the Sake of National, Sacred Purpose” (written by me on 08.04.2016, late in the evening, till midnight). As always I tried to translate the poem for all my foreign readers. The following is a literal (word for word) translation of the poem, trying to make the meaning of the poem more understandable and available for all. In the poem the author says, that the enemy can try to approach the national borders of his homeland – Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), but each time the Armenian Armed Forces gives a fitting rebuff the enemy. The author says that Armenians are always strong and brave enough to protect their Homeland and no one can threaten us.

Dear friends, I wrote this patriotic poem, because on 2 April 2016, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces launched a large-scale attack along the Karabakh-Azerbaijani Line of Contact bombarding border settlements. Once again, Azerbaijan has derailed the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair states to resolve the Karabakh conflict through peaceful negotiations. Azerbaijan’s main goal is to undermine the OSCE Minsk Group’s mission, occupy Nagorno Karabakh, and commit genocide against its Armenian population. With the threats of a large-scale regional war Azerbaijan continues to disorient the international community and blackmail the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair states and UN Security Council Permanent Members, the United States, Russia, and France, by exerting pressure on Armenia. It is my pleasure to introduce to you also this film above (with English translation) about our Armenian brave soldiers, who every day protect our state borders and our Homeland from the Azerbaijan’s insidious and cruel attacks on our villages with civilians, children, as well as on our defensive positions.
