Did you have somewhere to go? Too bad. These lions want to play. Traffic comes to a standstill as two male lions decide to roll around in the middle of a road on the edge of the Nairobi National Park in Kenya. Commuters were forced to watch the ten-minute display, before the lions left the road. Indeed, the real kings are able to stop the whole traffic. We – Humans, have invaded their territory and conquered it not leaving for them a place to live and even to play.

It really is a shame this picture. The animals, every day lose more right to live in freedom in their natural habitats.
A a nice weekend for you.
Regards ♥
Yes, unfortunately the animals lose more territories every day 😦 those are the native places they live. Thanks much for the comment!
Brilliant photo! I love it 🙂
Thank you so much! 🙂
I am just so glad neither of them was harmed! You never know what might go through the mind of a human especially facing a lion on the road…
You are rights. At the same time I guess for the visitors of the african national parks it is a usual scene to see wild animals on the road. Those roads are made in their territory and they – animals, have all the rights to cross them, play along them.
Thank you Sharla very much! Have a nice Sunday! 🙂
I made that comment even knowing it is a national park because of all the crazies in our world! Have a wonderful weekend!
I agree with you, even in natioanl parks animals are not totally saved 😦
I love this! Adorable 🙂

Good to hear that :). Hope you have an amazing evening too! 🙂 😀
What a wonderful post and sad at the same time. We have pushed animals out of their natural habitats and took over everything. I am just glad that these beautiful lions were not harmed on the road.
Hi Eva! So glad to hear from you! Yes, the same was with me: the first thought of mine was about these lions’ safety and security. I thought if they were harmed on the road. Fortunately, they were not. Then I thought (as you mentioned trully) about what we do with nature?! We pushed the animals out of their habitats 😦 If we imagine for a moment us in the same situation then we’ll start to speak about human rights, etc.: And what about animals? Don’t they have rights?!! Of course, they do have! We just ignore their rights, their simple and true Right to Live!
Thank you Eva so much for your comment which made me write this sincere comment.
Thanks much!
Arlen
It is my pleasure my friend Arlen! I love animals and wish the whole world would love them the same. I am so glad that you are just as passionate about their rights as I am. Yes, imagine we were pushed out of our homes and have others take over where we were born and raised without any care about our feelings? How terrible would that be? But the world treats animals as if they have no feelings and no rights. This saddens me on a daily basis. I wish I could rescue all unloved animals so they would never have to suffer. Until that day comes let’s do our part to raise awareness for their well being. Thank you again for all the work you do to spread the word.
Sincerely,
Eva

Yes, humans are way to aggressive taking away animal habitats. This awareness is very important! Thank you, Arlen!
I agree with you! Sometimes we – humans, are so aggressive to animals 😦 Thank you so much for your comment!
