Դու ասում ես, որ սիրո՞ւմ ես Բնությունը: Այդ դեպքում փորձիր ապացուցել դա, արա առաջին քայլդ, այն է` մի նետիր ծխուկը (ռուս.` окурок) շուրջբոլորը, եթե դու ծխող ես: Ծխելը վնասակար ու վտանգավոր է ոչ միայն քո և չծխող մարդկանց առողջությանը, այլև աղտոտում է Բնությունը, օդը, ծխելը վնասակար է բոլոր կենդանի արարածների և բույսերի համար: Մի թափիր քո սեփական աղբը` ծխուկը: Մտածիր` դա անելուց առաջ. «Արդյո՞ք ես իսկապես ծխելու կարիք ունեմ: Արդյո՞ք ես ունեմ Բնությունը աղտոտելու իրավունքը, Բնություն, որը բոլորի տունն է: Արդյո՞ք ես ունեմ մյուսների կյանքին սպառնալու իրավունքը»: Խնդրում եմ` արա ընտրությունդ, արա առաջին քայլդ, որը համեմատաբար փոքր, սակայն իրականում շատ կարևոր է: Շնորհակալություն քեզ ըմբռնման համար, շնորհակալություն Բնությունը սիրելու ու նրա նկատմամբ հոգ տանելու համար:

You say that you love Nature? Then try to prove that, try to make your first move – do not throw cigarette butt if you are a smoker. Smoking is harmful and dangerous not only to Your health and to the health of non-smokers, but also pollutes Nature, air, smoking is harmful for all living things and plants. Do not throw Your own trash – cigarette butts. Think before You do that: “Do I really need to smoke? Do I have the right to pollute the Nature, which is home for all? Do I have the right to threat the life of others?”. Please, make Your choice, make Your first step, which is comparatively small but too important in fact. Thank You for understanding, thank You for loving and taking care of Nature.

I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. I grew up around parents that smoked like chimneys in the 70’s. I was and still am repulsed by the smell and everything. The least people can do if they choose to smoke is at least be considerate and throw the butts in their proper place. The floor is not a proper place and whenever I see this disgusting habit of people I want to scream! Thank you for this post Arlen 😉

Arlen this is a great reminder for smokers! When I was a lowly airman in the military, we had a detail to go and pick up ciggarette butts in designated smoking areas….ewwww! I get irritated when smokers leave behind still smoldering butts because it’s so dry here, it could start a fire. They also leave behind their lights sometimes….I pick them up and have quite a collection.

I have stopped smoking cigarettes but might take one sometimes with a glass of wine. But i have a really smart thing always with me. It is a little box from Bic that is an ashtray where you put the cigarettes when they are finished. In that way you dont have to throw it on the ground. If I smoke i use it. Thanks for great reading. 🙂

Great post- I agree and hate seeing cigarette butts littering beautiful (and even not-so-beautiful) places. Quitting is best, but as a smoker myself, quitting is very difficult. If you can’t or don’t want to quit, consider portable pocket ashtrays – I was given one in Greece last year as part of a promotional campaign, and still use it. It keeps the smell in, weighs nothing, takes up very little space, and I never litter! Here is a link I found, but there are several companies that make these:
