Երևան. մեր բոլորի սիրելի մայրաքաղաքը: Որքան հույզեր ու ապրումներ, որքան հուշեր ու թրթիռներ են կապված այս քաղաքի հետ, մեր քաղաքի հետ, իմ ու քո քաղաքի հետ: Եվ ուրեմն Երևանը յուրաքանչյուրինս է, Երևանը մեր հասցեն է, այս ծովակշիռ ու անեզր աշխարհում` մեր գողտրիկ, նվիրական անկյունը, որտեղ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը ինքը մի առանձին ու անեզր աշխարհ է և որտեղ «աշխարհների» այդ ուրույն համախումբը ստեղծում է մի ընդհանուր տուն, որի անունն է Երևան:
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք մեր քաղաքին, այն ոչ մի բանով չի զիջում եվրոպական և ոչ մի խոշոր քաղաքի: Լուսանկարելիս փորձել եմ աշխատել նաև այնպիսի անկյուններից ու դիրքերից, այսպես ասած` այնպիսի «ռակուրսներից», որպեսզի ծանոթ արձանը (օրինակ` Առնո Բաբաջանյանի) կամ շինությունը պատկերանան ձեզ նորովի, մտածելու և հիանալու տեղիք տան, լինեն խոսուն, ասելիք ունեցող, կենդանանան: Փորձել եմ նաև արտացոլել դրվագներ (օրինակ` մետրոյում), որոնք ամենօրյա կյանքում, միգուցե, նկատելի չեն ձեզանից շատերին, դրվագներ, որոնք դարձել են սովորական և նրանց հմայքը մնում է առօրեական թոհուբոհի ստվերում:
Լուսանկարներն արված են 2011 թ. հունիսի 5-ին և 12-ին և պաշտպանված են Հեղինակային իրավունքի մասին օրենքով:

This is fascinating; such a lovely, clean city, too. My husband and I love history,(his College degree is in History and he taught for many years). We are so well aware of the lack of deep history in America.That Yerevan is one of the world’s oldest continually-inhabited cities is incredible.The very air much be rich with the power of the people who have lived there.I would like very much to read more about your traditions and culture.I have known people from around the world but I don’t remember anyone telling me much about Armenia. I look forward to more.
